Final note to say is to say that the comedy in this book will have you laughing at things you thought were morally wrong to laugh at, but here you are belly laughing at suicidal jokes.

He holds himself to full account, and doesn't blame his BPD for the bad things he's done, but he wants others who may have the same struggles to know they're not alone. He tries to explain what your life is like when you essentially have a brain that's trying to kill you every day. The actor, TV presenter, comedian and former magician is becoming known as a radical voice in mental health at a time when the nation’s mental wellbeing has taken a hammering from the pandemic.
