Rooftop Rendezvous is another of the Baked Powder Highlighting Trio that I tested. This is another gorgeous trio when it comes to highlighting shades for anyone with a warm complexion. The first shade is a mauve-plum along with a shimmering beige and white color gleaming with traces of pink and violet through it. Zoe has spent her life facing battles: fighting her parents for independence, struggling with her feelings for local bad boy Finn and, after a car accident at eighteen, adjusting to the fact she would not walk again. She remained strong until the day Finn, the person she thought she could trust, broke her heart... Now a successful travel writer, Zoe is excited to review a new luxury hotel in the beautiful South Pacific - until she meets its owner... Toffolo also writes the character of Finn, as showing weaknesses, owning up to his mistakes and also being vulnerable, which is a twist to your usual male lead. But, I really enjoyed this role reversal and couldn't put the book down. There is a very full cast of characters in this book- more than I am normally comfortable with, but the author balanced things quite well, and I’m thinking this book could be an anchor for subsequent installments, since Victoria has a few old friends who deserve a story of their own someday.
Crusin’ the Coast that I sampled has peach, orange-coral and a cream color in each of its three pans. The colors are sheer, but well pigmented enough to drape the skin in a luminous veil of striking color that is quite natural. You don’t have to worry about chunks of big glitter because the sparkling effect is quite fine. If you have a warm complexion and are fair to light in skin tone like me, you will adore beautifully this highlighting trio will look. Having read (and loved) the two previous books in this series, I couldn't wait to travel to Tahiti to meet fabulous and fearless Zoe, our next leading lady.A book with a huge heart, a dreamy location and a fabulous heroine, Meet Me in Tahiti is the very definition of romance. Sweet, funny and full of zest for life - I adored it!'
The third romance novel from TV personality Georgia Toffolo (better known as Toff), following Meet Me in London, and Meet Me in Hawaii, sees travel writer Zoe having to deal with life-changing decisions, something she’s more than familiar with. After a car accident left her unable to walk, and having had her heart broken by bad boy Finn (with her wealthy, protective parents a constant presence), she’s now based in a luxury Tahitian resort for work. And then Finn reappears in unexpected circumstances, and Zoe has a whole lot of soul-searching on her hands. You do get a brush that comes with the product, but you’re probably going to want a better highlighting brush for the best application. Expect long-lasting Wear From the Baked Powder Highlighting Trio Crusin’ the Coast has peach swatches toward my wrist with more pink-toned swatches further down my arm. When she first sets eyes on Finn again you can immediately sense the tension in the air increasing ten fold, oh boy is there history there! I buddy read this one with Laura again and I think we both had a lot of moments when we wanted to bang their heads together and get them to wake up to what was happening. It seems that everyone can see that they’re both developing strong feelings apart from each other, despite the rather obvious signs… Disclosure note… there is quite a bit of nipple action in the first half of the book!

I tried some of the Baked Powder Highlighting Trio for the first time without any primer just moisturizer and a few drops of Hard Candy Mix-In Foundation Drops. Believe it or not, my makeup was still intact from morning until late that afternoon when I headed to my tub. It didn’t fade or appear patchy and probably would have stayed just as nice, but I was tired and needed to unwind with a relaxing soak after a busy day. A tender, beautiful book about missed chances, hope and true love. I was rooting for Zoe and Finn from the very beginning.' They will start developing feelings towards each other. Furthermore, an accident that happened in the past has scarred Victoria for life, and because of that, she is afraid to open up and trust another man.
