The rings include approximately 2 mm (1/16'), 4 mm (1/6'), 6 mm (1/4'), 8 mm (5/16') or 10 mm (3/8').The slight taper of the Muso Wood rolling pin makes it easy to maneuver while rolling out dough but isn't so extreme that there will be a steep learning curve for those new to using a French rolling pin.

This a lovely looking, 40cm-wide, good-quality stainless steel rolling pin with easy to read metric and imperial measurements for accurate rolling. The pin is hollow and can be filled with ice or cold water to keep the pastry cool when rolling – this can also help prevent sticking.
