As a condition of entry into the Contest, each Participant affirms and represents that he/she is 18 years of age and older and agrees to be bound in all respects by these Terms and Conditions. You see how can you tell the difference between "not playing tennis" and "not playing football"!? It would nearly always be better to positively suggest the alternative "We always play tennis on Sunday. This weekend, shall we go for a walk together instead?" It is better to say "shall we go for a walk" instead of "Shall we not play tennis."

Based on our initial discussion, it seems that for some participants, our focus should be on having information on a broader set of metrics. Others believe we need to concentrate on getting better quality research on ‘what works’, or that the focus should be on ensuring we have more personal and granular information that goes beyond averages. All decisions made by CAG regarding the interpretation and application of these Terms & Conditions or on all matters relating to a Contest shall be final and conclusive in each case. d.
