This Lawn Drop Spreader is great for the easy and accurate application of our Westland lawn treatment products as well as grass seed. The product also has a simple to use calibration setting for your different spreading requirements. Set calibration lever on top of the hopper to appropriate setting to start applying the product. It is important to start walking immediately after the lever is set as the product will start discharging from the spreader

Apply every 3-4 weeks from February to October when grass is actively growing. For use on established lawns (3+ months old). For best results apply to the lawn after mowing. To minimise scorching risk, water granules in well within 48 hours after application if no rain falls Apply the granules thinly and evenly to ensure the same result across the entire lawn. Mark out the areas to be treated. Apply 35g per square metre. Avoid mowing 3-4 days before and after treatment. Apply on a calm dry day when the grass is dry and actively growing. We recommend using Kent & Stowe Ultimate All-Round Gardening Gloves for protection as well as a Spreader for application However, the first rate of application in spring and autumn can be increased to 50g per sq. metre to boost the lawn and to aid with crowding out moss.
