A 2018 book about Jeff Lynne’s 2017 Wembley Stadium concert is being re-released as part of the Electric Light Orchestra’s 50th Anniversary celebration. Dhani has since performed with the band and was supposed to join them on their 'From Out Of Nowhere' tour in 2020, but it was cancelled due to Covid-19 restrictions. It was an unforgettable night and I’m excited to relive it with all of you again inside these pages.

Having read this fascinating book I now have a far greater appreciation for Jeff's music and all that he has accomplished! There are some great songs written and recorded by Jeff Lynne before the "Face the Music" album ("Can't Get It Out Of My Head" for example) I believe that Jeff matured as the genius he is with the "Face the Music" sessions. Keen to still keep ELO's legacy ongoing, the band's drummer Bev Bevan agreed with Jeff Lynne to reform the band as ELO Part II in 1991. Accompanied by his 12-piece band against a dazzling backdrop of pyrotechnics, lasers and a giant illuminated spaceship, for over two hours Lynne performed his group’s most extensive set list to date. Blending rock rhythms with classical influences, ELO also released many classic albums such as A New World Record, Discovery and Out of the Blue, and many sell-out tours which further established them as one of the most important and influential bands ever.Lead guitar and vocals are performed by Jan Christiansen, a graduate of the Musician Institute in California, who is an absolute maestro on the guitar. This talented seven piece band does full and worthy homage to their musical heroes and so effective are the results that, for those of an age, the memories come flooding back, whilst younger members of the audience have become a whole new fan base. Yet, it wasn't meant to be as Roy Wood, Andy Craig, Bill Hunt and Hugh McDowell all quit to form another group, leaving Jeff Lynne to front the band. The ELO Experience - The world's foremost multi award-winning tribute to The Electric Light Orchestra, have been bringing their music to the live stage since 2006.

On 2nd November 2021, Jeff Lynne announced the release of his book Wembley Or Bust, which looks back at the band's memorable 2017 Wembley Stadium performance and talks through the production of the concert as well as providing behind the scenes photos and details. Despite the film performing badly at the box office, the soundtrack went double platinum, creating hits like 'Magic', 'I'm Alive' and 'All Over The World.As her demanding career has left little time for friends or romance, her deepest relationship is with her mother, Vera March, a Russian immigrant and MS patient .

But there also much here on a deeply personal level too that sets Dave's Rock 'n Roll background into context; his charitable work in Romania, gaining his pilot's licence, becoming a born again Christian and his skill for invention and all round, well .

His narration guides the reader through hundreds of exclusive photographs taken specially for the making of this book. Phil Bates replaced these two members and the five members of ELO Part II toured for another five years, releasing songs like 'Rockaria', until Bev Bevan retired. In an exclusive new text, Lynne reflects on his formative years growing up and his eventual success with ELO hits such as ‘Mr. He tells the story behind the concert and reflects on each of the show's songs, drawn from the catalogue of ELO albums that have sold more than 50 million records to date.
