I would place them in layers in a rigid plastic container (Tupperware) with a sheet of baking parchment between the layers. They will freeze for months. So it might be safe for you to use a bottle of Baileys you got as a present last Christmas, as long as it’s been stored safely and looks, smells and tastes like regular Baileys.
